Communications solutions provider Granite Telecommunications recently announced the company will be taking advantage of Comcast Business networks to provide affordable local telephone services to customers.
Granite sought a partnership with Comcast in order to ensure quality connections and broad coverage, due to Comcast’s status as the nation’s largest Gig-speed network. To deliver this competitive service, Granite will be taking advantage of the company’s recently released Granite Merged Voice communications suite to shift from plain old telephone service (POTS) to updated technologies such as cloud networking.
“We are excited to expand our relationship with Comcast Business, which understands the important role local phone services play for business customers looking to grow and maintain price stability”, commented Rob Hale, President and CEO of Granite. “In markets served by Comcast Business, Granite has strengthened its ability to deliver affordable communications products, tailored to fit our customers’ diverse needs.”
The announcement comes at a particularly active time for Granite, with the company recently announcing new status as a Platinum partner for Poly communications solutions. The company also commemorated Juneteenth’s recognition as a federal holiday, with Granite’s CANDID organization (Community Awareness Networking Diversity Inclusion Development) joining Black-owned businesses in the Boston area to support economic development and education within local communities.
Visit ITEXPO in Miami Florida from June 22-25 to hear how Granite Telecommunications and other industry leaders are reimagining the business world. Granite will be located at booth 545 at SD-WAN.
