Steven Sonnenstein is a Managing Director at Digital Colony. Mr. Sonnenstein is responsible for the identification, evaluation, and management of new digital infrastructure investments, with a particular focus on Europe and North America. He has more than 20 years of experience in global mergers and acquisitions, asset management, and operations.Prior to joining Digital Colony, Mr. Sonnenstein was a Senior Director at PSP Investments, one of Canadaâ€™s largest pension investment managers, where he created a telecommunications infrastructure asset class within the broader infrastructure group. He can be credited with completing PSPâ€™s first direct investment in the telecommunications infrastructure space. He was also responsible for PSP Infrastructureâ€™s inaugural direct investments in France, India, and Turkey.Before joining PSP, Mr. Sonnenstein worked for Brookfield Asset Management in their Private Equity and Infrastructure Groups, focusing on investments in South America. Prior to that, he spent several years working in mergers and acquisitions and distressed advisory.Mr. Sonnenstein holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a post-graduate in Chartered Accountancy.

Darlene Pope is Vice President and Global Lead for Smart Buildings and Digital Workplace at WeWork. Ms. Pope is a smart building industry veteran with more than 28 years of experience in commercial real estate, technology, and smart building consulting. Prior to WeWork, Ms. Pope served as EVP and Global Practice Lead for JLLs Smart Building Program. She expanded the program into a global service line, focusing on driving value to clients through the integration of intelligent building systems and smart workplace applications. Ms. Pope has developed and delivered smart building master plans for numerous global clients, and led groundbreaking smart building projects, including the McDonalds HQ project in Chicago, and MetLifes District Center in Washington, DC. Ms. Pope was the founder and CEO of CoR Advisors, a woman-owned smart building consulting business, which she sold to JLL in 2015. She has a long career history of executive level positions at leading CRE technology firms such as Broadband Office, OnSite Access, and Realcomm. Ms. Pope was awarded Visionary of the Year in DC for her work advancing smart building solutions, the Presidents Award for Excellence at JLL, the DaVinci Award for innovation at JLL, Bisnows Power Woman in CRE award, and is among the Top 10 Women to Watch in Connectivity and Technology for 2020.

Andy Abramson is the Chief Marketing Officer for SkySwitch. He joined the company in June 2019 and he guides the company in strategy and implementation of marketing, demand generation, special events, corporate communications, public relations, influencer development, social media and reputation management. Andy has been involved in telecom and the digital world through his marketing services agency, Comunicano, which operates globally as an all virtual agency. Since 2000, Andy and his company have propelled 47 company exits in the fintech, web, Internet, mobile, telecom, media, financial services and IT infrastructure sectors, generating more than $5.25 billion for the investors, founders and employees via M&A or IPO. Some companies that have been acquired include StubHub, GrandCentral, Telesphere, GIPS, SimpleSignal, SightSpeed, Dynamicsoft, WebDialogs, HiDef Conferencing, BridgePort Networks and Comgates. He has previously served as Senior Advisor to Counterpath, Dialpad, AT&T, Nokia, AOL, and many other companies on a global basis on matters related to the telecom industry, marketing and communications. Prior to entering the technology arena Andy was an Account Manager with Los Angeles based FCB/Impact. There he supervised sports marketing and sponsorship, as well as client account management for leading brands including Spalding and Dr. Schollsâ€™. He joined the agency world after guiding sports marketing and public relations for The Upper Deck Company. In addition to his side work with clients, Andy has spent over 25 years in sports marketing and management in a series of executive and managerial positions with The Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia Wings and Denver Nuggets, as well as serving as General Manager of The Celebrity All-Star Hockey Team. He is credited with establishing the Flyers youth hockey program and over 25 other programs that established a future fan base. He began his career in sports at age 14 in the Public Relations Department of The Philadelphia Wings Pro Lacrosse Club. An avid wine collector, accidental winemaker, and global traveler, Andy holds a Bachelorâ€™s degree in Journalism from Temple University. He is a member of the board of directors of More Too Life, a leading anti-human trafficking organization, and a Director Emeritus of The Atlantic Amateur Hockey Association, where he is also an honored inductee in their Hall of Fame.

Tom Millitzer is President of Millitzer Capital, a company he formed in 1994. Millitzer Capital is a business brokerage firm that has focuses on the MSP, Telecom and Internet sectors. His firm has been engaged by Fortune 100 firms and small independent family-owned companies. He has closed over 200 transactions in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. He began his career in the cable television industry. He managed systems, and was Director of Franchises tor GroupW Broadcasting and Cable. At age 36 he raised $74 million and started his own cable company, Charter Cablesystems, Inc. and eventually acquired over forty cable firms building that business. His depth of experience in the M&A arena will assist ITExpo attendees to make critical decisions and provide a roadmap focusing on strategic planning. Over the past two decades, Millitzer has been a regular speaker at industry events. He has written over 200 articles on mergers, acquisitions, and valuations. He graduated from Parsons Colledge and conducted graduate studies at the University of Iowa.
