Axia Technology Partners Will Showcase Kerauno at ITEXPO Florida 2016
With IT channel events, organizations across all sectors can gain access to the latest technologies available in the market place. The events bring together companies, executives, experts, thinkers, and innovators to highlight advances, find answers, educate and form business partnership. The 2016 ITEXPO that will be held in Florida from January 25-28, is going to address all those points by facilitating the forward business progress of the attendees and participants. One of the many companies that will be showcasing its products is Axia Technology Partners, which will be demonstrating its unified communications (UC) platform, Kerauno.
UC has become invaluable in today’s highly collaborative workforce. With the right UC solution, businesses can bring their resources under one platform and communicate and share information with their employees, partners, vendors and customers on any device as long as they are connected.
Kerauno was developed to optimize business workflows, enhance customer engagement and lower costs in a platform that can be customized to address the needs of each organization. One of its key features is the accessibility and integration it offers.
“As companies migrate more of their daily operations to a cloud environment, it opens the door to optimizing business workflows through a unified communications platform like Kerauno,” said Josh Ross, Owner and Managing Partner at Axia Technology Partners. “In addition to the robust feature set, what makes Kerauno special is that its API enables client-side integration of just about any third-party software, including proprietary applications. That’s powerful!”
Users can access any of its features day or night from almost any browser. Kerauno is able to optimize the workflow of most businesses with mobility, personal call features, call management, call distribution, call center, and systems and security functionalities.
One of the more important characteristics of today’s business is customer service. The introduction of smart mobile devices and social media has empowered consumers with valuable information. If a business falls short, it will be the topic of conversation amongst the users of the product or services the company is offering.
Having a cloud contact center that is able to interact with consumers using as many touch points as possible gives businesses the opportunity to address any problems as soon as they arise. Kerauno has call center features that are essential for how consumers interact with businesses. This includes, customer detail pop-up, real-time user status display, call detail records (CDR) and CVS export.
ITEXPO will take place at Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida from January 25-28, 2016, and Axia Technology Partners will be demonstrating Kerauno at booth #331.
