Parature to Present on Social Customer Service at ITEXPO Las Vegas

HERNDON, VA – August 5, 2013 – Parature, a global leader in cloud-based customer service software, announced today its Lead Product Manager, Steve Klein, will participate in ITEXPO Las Vegas, the world’s largest and best-attended communications and technology trade show. Klein will present as part of the panel session, “How to Give Good Social Customer Service” sharing insights on the emergence of social media as a customer service channel, August 28 at Mandalay Bay. ITEXPO Las Vegas is held August 27-29 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
