Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. ITEXPO is the communications and business transformation event where influential buyers gather to make their purchase decisions. The FreeSWITCH project was originally designed and implemented by Anthony Minessale II with the help of Brian West and Michael Jerris. All 3 are former developers of the popular Asterisk open source PBX. The project was initiated to focus on several design goals including modularity, cross-platform support, scalability and stability. Today, many more developers and users contribute to the project on a daily basis. We support various communication technologies such as Skype, SIP, H.323 and WebRTC making it easy to interface with other open source PBX systems such as sipXecs, Call Weaver, Bayonne, YATE or Asterisk. FreeSWITCH Solutions will be showcasing its video conferencing software, verto, at the conference as well as their professional consulting services.

FreeSWITCH Training will cover the installation and configuration of FreeSWITCH, making calls, administering various configurations, and enabling and utilizing various modules. We will also cover additional functions of FreeSWITCH such as video call recording, video conferencing, call detail recording, troubleshooting, logging, and interacting with Event Socket Library.
