The workforce and workplace have changed. Part of it’s because technology has evolved; part of it is due to changes in employee needs and preferences; and of course, the pace of change was driven largely by necessity starting in 2020. But the fact is, what worked 3 years ago, doesn’t necessarily work today. Businesses need the tools and solutions to support their workforce models and, in many cases, those models may still be evolving. Your solutions need to be flexible enough to allow you to adapt to changing needs, and they need to deliver a comprehensive set of tools so workers can be productive anywhere. They also need to be easy enough to use and manage to avoid undue technical challenges – for both users and IT teams. This panel will discuss what the real needs of today’s workforce are, and how companies can effectively implement tools and technologies to support the needs of their different workers – after all, different roles require different tools. The key in understanding those needs and then finding the right solutions to meet them.

The demand for networking expertise is on the rise, and reflects the growing importance of security, reliability, visibility, and control – on-premises and cloud – in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape. The enterprise network backbone has been the foundation of network architecture for decades, but as business-critical applications move from the data center to cloud, enterprises are rethinking backbone network architecture. In the past, cloud was simply another “thing” that needed to be connected to the enterprise network backbone. As cloud becomes the enterprise IT center of gravity, enlightened network architects recognize the architectural, operational and career opportunities that have emerged. This timely discussion looks at how to take advantage of your global infrastructure to reduce inter-region latency, reduce routing complexity, make encryption and zero trust security part of the network, and establish a consistent multicloud operational model in and across clouds that extends to the edge. You’ll leave knowing what you need to deliver a cloud networking and security solution that simplifies the management of cloud networks.
