AstriCon 2024 Call for Speakers

AstriCon 2024 is happening on February 13-17, co-located at ITEXPO East, in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It will be a special one, since 2024 marks Asterisk's 25th anniversary.

The longest-running open source convention, AstriCon, celebrates open source projects featuring Asterisk and FreePBX. The event will include two tracks, sessions, and an EXPO hall. AstriCon offers various levels of education sessions and provides attendees networking opportunities with some of the best in the open source community.

We encourage community members to submit talks on topics such as AI, Security, E911, STIR/SHAKEN, collaboration, and interesting talks highlighting the unique ways communications are being used, how to build scalable and resilient solutions, and other related open source projects. Please be as detailed as possible when submitting your talk topic. Call for Speaker forms must be submitted no later than October 14th.



Speaker Requirements:

Speakers must adhere 100% to our "NO COMMERCIALISM" Policy. If you cannot avoid commercialism, please do not agree to speak at AstriCon. Speakers must share their information in an educational, non-commercial and non-self-promotional manner. Speakers must present new concepts and new ideas, not available from any other source. Speakers must provide headshot and complete bio for the conference Web site.
